Francesco Catale

Francesco Catale studied law at the University of Basel, graduating with a Bachelor of Law in 2022 and a Master of Law in 2024. While still a student, he completed various internships at commercial law firms and a Swiss bank. He then worked as a legal trainee at the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt and as a legal assistant at the Probate Office of Basel-Stadt.

Since autumn 2024, Francesco Catale has been writing his dissertation, which deals with trusts as an instrument of estate planning and their potential conflicts with the Swiss legal system.
