Florian Fallegger

Florian Fallegger is an attorney-at-law in VISCHER's Corporate/M&A practice team. His practice focuses on national and international corporate takeovers and financing transactions. Furthermore, he advises clients on various corporate and commercial law issues.

Before joining VISCHER as an attorney, he worked at the University of Lucerne as a research assistant at the professorial chair in private, commercial & business law with a focus on financial market law. Florian Fallegger studied law at the University of Bern, at the University of Copenhagen and at the University of Lucerne, where he graduated in 2021.
