He supports his clients, ranging from international corporations and SMEs to start-ups, with complex IT contract negotiations, data protection projects, legal due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as the implementation and use of AI systems. David Koelliker acquired his legal knowledge at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and through various stages of legal practice. At the same time, he continuously develops his technical know-how, including through the development of his own IT projects as well as LegalTech solutions for VISCHER and clients.
