Christian Schneiter LL.M.

Christian Schneiter's practice focuses on advising corporates, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of complex (bilateral and syndicated) financing transactions, including acquisition finance, structured finance, asset finance and project finance as well as re-financings. In this practice area, Christian has been recognised as a Rising Star by IFLR1000. As an expert representative of issuers recognised by the Regulatory Board of the SIX Swiss Exchange, he also specialises in capital market transactions. Further, clients rely on him for advice on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate and commercial law matters.

During his high school and university studies, he competed at a professional international level and was a long-standing member of the Swiss national swimming team. He has maintained his passion for swimming to this day.
