Aurissa Lier

Aurissa Lier specialises in employment law. She advises national and international companies, public employers as well as individuals on all aspects related to Swiss employment law and represents the interests of her clients before Swiss courts and authorities.

Before joining VISCHER as an attorney, she worked both at the court and in a law firm. Through her work as a court clerk and leader of employment law arbitration hearings, she gained experience in contentious matters.
