Helvero eHealth Group acquired Compass IT AG effective 1 July 2026. Compass IT is an established provider in the Swiss eHealth market and develops, among other things, the practice information system "ePaad" and the data exchange platform "Secure2Go". The acquisition by Helvero eHealth Group provides a long-term succession plan for the company. After more than 20 years, company founder Nicolas Schweizer is stepping down from day-to-day operations but will remain with the company as an ambassador.
