VISCHER advises the Japanese electronics manufacturer Toshiba Corporation alongside Morrison & Foerster LLP as to Swiss law in its acquisition of the entire equity of the innovative Swiss-based meter maker Landis+Gyr for USD 2.3 billion from a large group of private equity investors.
