VISCHER assisted T3 Pharmaceuticals AG, a Basel based biotechnology spin-off from the Biozentrum of the University of Basel, in converting from GmbH to AG and closing the Series A Financing Round. T3 Pharmaceuticals develops bacteria-based cancer therapies. The live bacteria infect solid tumors and fight them with a proprietary protein delivery technology developed at the University of Basel. With the latest financing round, T3 Pharmaceuticals can now advance initial lead candidates into preclinical development.
