Sale and lease-back of kneipp-hof's operating real estate

Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LivingPlus (CS REF LivingPlus) acquires all operating real estate from kneipp-hof Dussnang which leases the operating real estate back.

The VISCHER Team, led by Benedict F. Christ (partner corporate/M&A) advised the seller Kloster Heiligkreuz and included Manuel Ulrich (corporate) and Christoph Niederer (tax).
