We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Dr. Vincent S. Reardon, Attorney at Law, as Partner effective from 1 January 2026.

Dr. Vincent S. Reardon is an experienced Swiss corporate lawyer who supports clients with their business and transactional projects. Having provided high-quality legal services at VISCHER for over 10 years, he has earned an established track record as a valuable and reliable asset to our firm. He is passionate about advising domestic and foreign stakeholders in the Swiss innovation ecosystem, from entrepreneurs to investors, throughout the entire lifecycle of a startup or university spinoff, from incorporation and scaling up to an exit transaction.

Dr. Vincent S. Reardon studied law at the University of Fribourg, was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2012 and completed his PhD at the University of Basel in 2024. Prior to joining our firm in 2015, he worked as a counsel to the legal department of a Fortune 500 company in the United States and as a corporate lawyer in a leading law firm based in Geneva.
