Orell Füssli Thalia AG acquires a 70% stake in educational media distributor Delivros AG. The B2B divisions of Orell Füssli Thalia and Delivros were merged and the joint venture was renamed Delivros Orell Füssli AG. As a result of this transaction, Switzerland's leading provider for the procurement, distribution and use of printed and electronic content for companies and educational institutions was created.
