VISCHER advises Metall Zug AG, the major Swiss manufacturer of household appliances, in the acquisition of certain assets of the refrigerator business from the international technology leader AFG Arbonia Forster AG (also listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange). The deal is completed by way of an asset deal with a number of ancillary agreements. The team includes Jürg Luginbühl and Matthias Glatthaar.
