We assisted Helvetia Schweizerische Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft AG, one of the leading Swiss life insurance companies, in setting up a Swiss private label fund for the management of an own portfolio with the possibility of co-investments from selected life insurance customers. Our work included namely the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of the cooperation agreement with the Swiss fund management company and the asset management agreement with the fund itself.
