CNNC Proton (Beijing) Technology & Development Co., Ltd., a group company of China National Nuclear Corporation, acquired the majority of SCHAER PROTON LTD, an engineering company developing cancer treatment machines with registered seat in Flaach, Zurich, Switzerland. The founder Hugo Schaer remains invested. The transaction has been closed.
