EQT Partners AB, the Sweden based private equity firm, sells an undisclosed stake in swiss smile Schweiz AG, the Switzerland based chain of dental clinics, for a consideration of CHF 44m (EUR 35.73m). VISCHER advises the seller BB Biotech Ventures G.P., managed by Bellevue Asset Management AG, Switzerland.
