Karin Graf est une associée au sein de l’équipe Dispute Resolution de VISCHER. Depuis plus de 20 ans, elle représente et conseille des entreprises et des particuliers dans des litiges procéduraux devant des tribunaux étatiques et les tribunaux d’arbitrage. Parallèlement, Karin Graf intervient régulièrement en tant qu’arbitre.

L’activité principale de Karin Graf concerne notamment les litiges en matière de droit des sociétés, y compris ceux qui relèvent du droit pénal, les accords de distribution nationaux et internationaux, les litiges en matière de droit bancaire, la représentation de particuliers dans le cadre de questions successorales ainsi que l’évaluation de projets d’investissement et de joint-venture, entre autres dans le secteur de l’énergie. Par ailleurs, Karin Graf dispose d’une longue expérience en matière de litiges portant sur l’insolvabilité et de protection juridique préventive.

Karin Graf a étudié à l’Université de Saint-Gall et, après avoir passé l’examen d’avocat à Zurich, a obtenu un LL.M. au Queen Mary College de l’Université de Londres. Elle a travaillé dans différents cabinets zurichois de grande et moyenne taille avant d’être nommée associée dans son ancien cabinet d’avocat, en 2015. Karin Graf est également présidente de le Zürcher Anwaltsverband
