In this guide, our partners Christian Oetiker, Daniele Favalli and Thomas Weibel answered 25 questions on the enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters in Switzerland (more information here).

Following the recent release of the publication, Stephenson Harwood LLP and Ogier organized a follow-up-webinar on Monday 23 January, where the expert lawyers who contributed to the guide highlighted the key points and differences between the jurisdictions. Our Partner and Co-Head of our Litigation & Arbitration team, Daniele Favalli participated in the webinar and presented the key points in Switzerland.
