Marc Ph. Prinz est responsable d’équipe du groupe spécialisé Droit du travail et dispose d’une longue expérience pratique dans toutes les questions relevant du droit du travail. Il conseille les employeurs et les cadres et les représente devant les tribunaux, notamment en matière de rémunération et de bonus. Il assure un suivi régulier des entreprises concernant tous les aspects du droit du travail liés à des réorganisations ou à des transactions, notamment en cas de licenciements collectifs et de transferts d’entreprises. Il donne régulièrement des conférences et effectue des publications sur des thèmes relevant du droit du travail ; avec son équipe, il exploite en outre le canal LinkedIn "Employment Law to Go".
Ancien membre du Tribunal du sport de la Fédération suisse de hockey sur glace, Marc Prinz a été pendant de nombreuses années président d’un club zurichois de hockey sur glace.
