VISCHER advises Tyco International (TYC), registered in Neuhausen, Switzerland, in the Swiss law aspects of the split of the company into three separate companies. These new independently traded companies include: ADT, Tyco and Pentair Ltd. The new Tyco is the largest fire protection and security company as measured by market share. Tyco, which boasts more than $10 billion in revenue, has more than 69,000 employees in over 1,000 locations across 50 countries.
