VISCHER successfully enforced the money claim of a German Group and its Swiss subsidiary against a company domiciled in Zug. The claim had its origin in the Joint offer the parties had made in the context of an international public bid for electricity metering systems. The Dispute encompassed proceedings before the courts of Zug (first and second instance), subsequent counter-proceedings before the courts of Basel-Landschaft, as well as the freezing of assets enforcement proceedings.
