VISCHER acts as lead counsel for the Singapore listed Olam International Ltd in connection with the purchase of the tropical hardwood production business of Dalhoff Larsen & Hornemann A/S. The transaction includes the purchase of all the shares in the Swiss company tt Timber International AG as well as in subsidiaries in three African countries.
