Representation of an international syndicate of banks in connection with a secured syndicated credit facility
VISCHER represented a syndicate of major Swiss and foreign banks led by Credit Suisse on a CHF 130 million secured syndicated credit facility for a large company active in the convenience foods market. The team was led by partner Dr. Markus Guggenbühl and included associate Nicolas Facincani.
