RELIEF THERAPEUTICS Holding SA (SIX: RLF, OTCQB: RLFFD, RLFTD) ("Relief") has entered into has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale and purchase in a private placement of 1.5m Relief shares and warrants to purchase up to 1.5m Relief shares. The aggregate gross proceeds from the private placement were approximately CHF 5m. The transaction closed on 23 June 2023.
