Merz Pharma, the Germany based pharmaceutical company, acquires Anteis S.A., the Switzerland based company that develops, manufactures, and distributes injectable medical devices based on bio-polymer transformation, from Matignon Investissement & Gestion, BB Biotech Ventures G.P., and Signet Healthcare Partners, for an undisclosed consideration. Anteis S.A. has 150 employees. Matignon, BB Biotech and Signet are represented by VISCHER (Dr. Matthias Staehelin, Partner, Marius Meier, Associate).
