VISCHER advises Helvetia on a variety of legal and regulatory issues including the impact of the most recent regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry in Switzerland and abroad. We regularly provide advice in the negotiations of standard agreements on derivative transactions and securities lending and with regard to investments in structured products and other complex financing transactions.
