VISCHER represents funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe in a secondary buyout of OX Holding AG which owns 100% of both ORS SERVICE AG and OSP Organisation für spezialisierte Personaldienstleistungen AG. ORS is a provider of outsourcing solutions while OSP focuses on outsourcing special staffing services for the tourism industry and other sectors. The finance team is led by partner Dr. Adrian Dörig and includes associate Nicolas Facincani.
