Sandro Bernet specializes in private and public mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and financing transactions (in particular share placements and hybrid debt). In addition, he regularly advises investors, issuers, banks and other capital market participants on stock exchange regulation (in particular regarding shareholder rights, disclosure, ad-hoc publicity and insider rules) as well as the issuance, trade and redemption of financial instruments. He also advises on matters of corporate governance, corporate reorganizations (including joint-ventures and spin-offs) and restructurings. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law.
Sandro Bernet is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and holds a PhD from the University of Zurich in the field of corporate law. He regularly publishes and speaks in his areas of expertise
