Lorenz Ehrler’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, IP/IT, contract law and public procurement. He advises Swiss and foreign clients in his areas of practice and represents them before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

He also serves as a panelist in domain name arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and is a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property for classes preparing the Swiss Patent Bar examination.

According to the 2017 edition of the World Trademark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, “He is extremely responsive, very pragmatic and professional, and has a sharp scientific understanding of the law”.
