Kevin Hubacher specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, and insurance transactions (including portfolio transfers and reinsurance arrangements), as well as insurance supervisory and insurance contract law. He regularly advises domestic and foreign companies, investors, and other market participants on company acquisitions and sales as well as financing rounds. In addition, he supports his clients in matters of corporate and contract law as well as restructurings.

Kevin Hubacher is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. He holds a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Lucerne and a Juris Master (J.M. (LL.M.)) from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Kevin Hubacher serves as a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and regularly publishes and speaks on topics within his areas of expertise.
