Julia Soder has been working at VISCHER for over 15 years. As the COO, she is responsible for the areas of Business Development & Marketing, Human Resources, Facility Management, as well as Reception and Logistics. With her extensive experience in various departments at VISCHER, particularly in the areas of staff services and facility management, she has successfully led and implemented numerous significant projects. Julia Soder is known for her strengths in process optimization, employee leadership, and her ability to think strategically.
Julia Soder began her career at VISCHER and has gained valuable experience in different departments over the years. Especially in staff services and facility management, she was able to demonstrate her leadership qualities. From 2014 to 2015, she worked as a product manager at a luxury goods trading company. In this role, she was responsible for the development, marketing, and success of the products in the portfolio. Upon her return to VISCHER, in addition to her role as Head of Staff Services, she was entrusted with the (initially) interim management of the Business Development and Marketing department in 2020 due to a leadership change.
She has proven herself to be an extremely competent leader throughout her career. Her strong ability to optimize processes and successfully lead employees has significantly contributed to efficient operations and motivated staff. Her interconnected thinking enables her to quickly identify correlations and find innovative solutions.
As recognition for her outstanding performance and extensive expertise, Julia Soder was eventually promoted to the position of COO. In this role, she can leverage her many years of experience and in-depth knowledge from previous positions to drive the company's further development and strengthen the success of VISCHER.
