Fabio Malgiaritta is an attorney in VISCHER’s Corporate/M&A team. His main practice areas include national and international corporate acquisitions as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. Furthermore, he advises clients on various corporate and commercial law matters.

Fabio Malgiaritta studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. Before joining VISCHER, he worked at a business law firm in Zurich, at the district court of Zurich, and in the legal department of an international company.

Fabio Malgiaritta is fluent in German, English, and Romansh.
