Barbara Bodlak

Barbara Bodlak advises companies and private individuals on tax law issues and in the area of social insurance law.

Due to her previous work in managing the land registry of the Maloja region in St. Moritz in the canton of Grisons/Graubünden, Barbara Bodlak is also a specialist on real estate. Thanks to her continuing membership in the Land Registry Administrators Association of the Canton of Graubünden and her previous involvement in an intercantonal working group in the field of land registry software, she is also well-connected throughout Switzerland in this area of expertise.

Barbara Bodlak studied law at several universities and graduated summa cum laude with four master's degrees in law in three countries. From the University of Basel she holds a double master's degree in both law and business law. Barbara Bodlak further obtained the academic degree 'Master droit et études européennes' from the Université de Strasbourg in France and the degree 'Master of Laws' (LL.M.) from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany.

Barbara Bodlak works mainly in German and English but is also fluent in French and Slovakian. Thanks to her previous work in Graubünden, she has also acquired a good passive knowledge of Italian and Rumantsch concerning written legal documents.
