We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Adrian Gautschi, attorney-at-law, as Counsel as of 1 January 2024.
Adrian Gautschi is an attorney-at-law specialised in public and administrative law litigation. Due to his many years of specialisation as an attorney, he has an exceptionally high level of experience in these areas. Before joining VISCHER, he served as a court clerk in Division II of the Federal Administrative Court, which contributes to his successful litigation.
Adrian Gautschi represents companies from both Switzerland and abroad as well as private individuals before Swiss authorities and courts. He also advises and supports clients outside of proceedings and in the preliminary stages of proceedings. In doing so, he creates the ideal conditions for either avoiding legal proceedings or - if necessary - successfully conducting them.
Adrian Gautschi graduated from the University of Zurich in 2006 and was admitted to the bar in 2016. He joined VISCHER in 2017. In the interim, he served as a research assistant at the University of Zurich, a research fellow at a Max Planck Institute in Germany, a court clerk in Division II of the Federal Administrative Court, and a member of the City Council of Zurich. Adrian Gautschi regularly publishes and speaks in the areas of law in which he specialises.
We are very pleased to welcome Adrian Gautschi as our new Counsel.
