The Global Advertising Law Alliance (GALA) compiled to most relevant developments in advertising law around the world. The association comprises specialized lawfirms active in the media and advertising industries in more than 80 countries, covering legal developments from Argentina to Zimbabwe. Switzerland is represented by VISCHER with its 120 lawyers across offices in Zurich, Basel and Geneva. The Swiss contribution to the compilation relates to the new measures against unsolicited telephone marketing applicable from 1 Januar 2021.
