VISCHER advises Family Trust on the sale of novia Group, a provider of global sourcing solutions and engineering services operating across Germany, Switzerland, China, and Vietnam to the Swedish Bufab Group.
VISCHER acted as Swiss counsel to Family Trust on this transaction.
