VISCHER advises Swiss Post on its acquisition of a stake in STERIPARC SA.

Yverdon-les-Bains-based STERIPARC SA is a joint venture for the outsourced processing of medical devices in Western Switzerland. Thanks to this partnership, Swiss Post is expanding its existing logistics services in the healthcare sector, particularly in the preparation of sterile materials in Western Switzerland.
