VISCHER advises OCHSNER SPORT and DOSENBACH on the acquisition of 27 SportX stores from MIGROS

OCHSNER SPORT and DOSENBACH concluded agreements with MIGROS according to which OCHSNER SPORT and DOSENBACH will take over 27 SportX stores. The stores as well as the employees and apprentices will become part of OCHSNER SPORT and DOSENBACH respectively. The closing is subject to the approval by the competition authorities.

VISCHER is acting as legal counsel to OCHSNER SPORT and DOSENBACH. The team is led by Dr. Jürg Luginbühl and includes Dr. Benedict F. Christ and Dr. Rebekka Keller (all Corporate/M&A), Moritz Jäggy and Lucas Sturzenegger (both Real Estate) as well as Marc Prinz, Anela Lucic and Ilknur Özcan (all Employment).
