VISCHER advises Bregal on the acquisition of Netrics Group

Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquire Netrics Group, one of the largest cloud and modern workplace providers in Switzerland, from Waterland Private Equity. The transaction is accompanied by a reinvestment of the management. Bregal will support the Swiss full-service provider for cloud, modern workplace and managed services in its next growth steps and the successful continuation of its M&A strategy.
