Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquire Netrics Group, one of the largest cloud and modern workplace providers in Switzerland, from Waterland Private Equity. The transaction is accompanied by a reinvestment of the management. Bregal will support the Swiss full-service provider for cloud, modern workplace and managed services in its next growth steps and the successful continuation of its M&A strategy. VISCHER advised Bregal on all legal aspects of the transaction.
