AFINUM has entered into an agreement to sell Threema to Comitis Capital. Threema is a leading provider of highly secure digital communication solutions for enterprises and public institutions. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026.
VISCHER advised AFINUM on the acquisition of Threema in 2020 and is acting now as legal counsel on the sale transaction. The team is led by Dr. Jürg Luginbühl (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and includes Elina Weibel-Arazakaeva (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Florian Fallegger (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
