Sale of 3 Plus Group to CH-Media

VISCHER advised 3 Plus Group, the largest private TV group in Switzerland, on all legal and tax matters regarding its sale to CH-Media. VISCHER also advised the shareholders of 3 Plus Group regarding all tax matters in this transaction. VISCHER acted as legal and tax advisor to 3 Plus Group since its incorporation in 2006.
