Thommen Group acquires Wiederkehr Group

Thommen Group acquires 100% of the shares in Wiederkehr Recycling AG (Waltenschwil AG), AVO Wiederkehr AG (Schwarzenbach SG), SMV Wiederkehr Recycling GmbH (Lauchringen, Germany) and the companies Wierec Trading AG (Hünenberg, Zug) and Wierec Services GmbH (Waltenschwil AG), which also belong to the Wiederkehr Group. With the integration of the Wiederkehr Group, Thommen Group is taking an important step for the future of Thommen and for the recycling industry in Switzerland.
