Successful clawback after hacking attack

VISCHER, along with local counsel, successfully clawed back several million EUR on behalf of a Swiss private bank. The funds had been syphoned off to an offshore jurisdiction based on forged payment instructions. The forgeries had been enabled by a hacking attack against the bank customer's external asset manager. The VISCHER team was led by Thomas Weibel and encompassed Nicole Brauchli and Prabhjot Singh.
