Steele acquires Info4C

The US data compliance provider Steele has acquired the Swiss Info4C AG. Info4C is the global provider of high-quality compliance information. With this acquisition, Steele strengthens its position as a leading risk intelligence data platform for identifying and mitigating compliance risk.
