The founders of Santis Pharma, a Franco-Swiss laboratory company developing and marketing food supplements with health benefits, have entered into a partnership with Abenex, a French private equity investor. Accompanied by its new partner, Santis Pharma aims at accelerating its expansion and development in adjacent markets and new geographies.
VISCHER acted as Swiss counsel to the founders in this transaction, in collaboration with lead counsel Archers Avocats.
