Sale of gammaRenax to ISS

The shareholders of gammaRenax AG have sold their company to ISS Facility Services AG. gammaRenax is an efficient quality provider of integrated facility services with 1'800 employees at 16 locations in all regions of Switzerland. With a portfolio of over 1'600 properties, gammaRenax is one of the most important nationally active facility services providers.

VISCHER acted as legal counsel to the sellers on this transaction.
