The owner family has agreed to sell the monitoring solutions business of Berlinger & Co. AG to Sensitech Inc. (Carrier Global Incorporation). The transaction is expected to be closed in the third quarter of 2024.
VISCHER is acting as legal counsel to the sellers on this transaction.
