Rigeto portfolio company Swissphone acquires instaSOLUTION AG, which offers modern and efficient communication and management solutions in the areas of alerting, crisis management, mobile collaboration, messaging and IoT. The transaction was completed on July 16, 2021.

VISCHER advised the buyer on this transaction with a team led by Dr. Jürg Luginbühl (Corporate/M&A) with Christian Gutzwiller (Corporate/M&A), Elias Mühlemann (IP/Regulatory), Dr. Rebekka Keller (Corporate/M&A) and Gordana Nisevic (Corporate/M&A).
