Rigeto Investors acquired Laser Beauté Med SA

A group of investors advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital GmbH ("Rigeto") has acquired 100% of the shares in Laser Beauté Med SA, headquartered in Sion with additional locations in Monthey and Visp. The oldest dermatology clinic in the Swiss Valais thus complements the presence of Clinique Matignon held by Rigeto investors. Growth was also underpinned by the opening of 2 additional clinic locations and 2 shop-in-shop collaborations with Manor during the year. The transaction closed on 20 December 2021.
