VISCHER advises Repower on all corporate, regulatory and tax aspects in the structuring and formation of Repartner Produktions AG, an innovative partnering model to offer Swiss and foreign energy suppliers access to Repower's energy production plants and projects, and the subsequent sale of share participations of Repartner to Liechtensteinische Kraftwerke (LKW) and IBAarau.
