Norgine Ventures provides Debt Financing to Lunaphore

Norgine Ventures has provided financing of approx. EUR 10 million to Lunaphore Technologies.The financing was realised in form of private bonds with warrants which can be drawn down in multiple tranches. Lunaphore Technologies S.A., in Lausanne, has developed a game-changing chip technology which can extract spatial proteomic and genomic data from tumors and transform any simple assay into multiplex spatial biology without complexity. Norgine Ventures is a business entity of Norgine, an independent pan-European specialty pharmaceutical comp.
